Eminem Anti Bush Video & Lyrics

Eminem - Video: http://boss.streamos.com/qtime/interscope/eminem/encore/video/mosh-rev/300_mosh-rev.mov

Mosh Lyrics:
[I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
And to the Republic for which it stands
One nation under God Indivisible
It feels so good to be back..]

Scrutinize every word, memorize every line
I spit it once, refuel, reenergize, and rewind
I give sight to the blind, mind sight through the mind
I ostracize my right to express when I feel it's time
It's just all in your mind, what you interpret it as
I say to fight you take it as I知 gonna whip someone's ass
If you don't understand don't even bother to ask
A father who has grown up with a fatherless past
Who has blown up now to rap phenomenon that has
Or at least shows no difficulty multi task
And juggling both, perhaps mastered his craft slash
Entrepreneur who has held long too few more rap acts
Who has had a few obstacles thrown his way through the last half
Of his career typical manure moving past that
Mister kiss his ass crack, he's a class act
Rubber band man, yea he just snaps back
Come along, follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark, that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength,
Come with me, and I won't stear you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fog
Till the light, at the end, of the tunnel, we gonna fight,
We gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march through the swamp
We gonna mosh through the marsh, take us right through the doors
To the people up top, on the side and the middle,
Come together, let's all bomb and swamp just a little
Just let it gradually build, from the front to the back
All you can see is a sea of people, some white and some black
Don't matter what color, all that matters is we gathered together
To celebrate for the same cause, no matter the weatherIf it rains let it rain, yea the wetter the better
They ain't gonna stop us, they can't, we're stronger now more then ever,
They tell us no we say yea, they tell us stop we say go,
Rebel with a rebel yell, raise hell we gonna let em know
Stomp, push up, mush, fuck Bush, until they bring our troops home come on just . . .
We gonna mosh through the marsh, take us right through the doors, come on
Imagine it pouring, it's raining down on us,
Mosh pits outside the oval office
Someone's trying to tell us something, maybe this is God just saying we're responsible for this monster, this coward, that we have empowered
This is Bin Laden, look at his head nodding,
How could we allow something like this,
Without pumping our fist
Now this is our, final hour
Let me be the voice, and your strength, and your choice
Let me simplify the rhyme, just to amplify the noise
Try to amplify the times it, and multiply it by six
Teen million people are equal of this high pitch
Maybe we can reach Al Quaida through my speech
Let the President answer on high anarchy
Strap him with AK-47, let him go
Fight his own war, let him impress daddy that way
No more blood for oil, we got our own battles to fight on our soil
No more psychological warfare to trick us to think that we ain't loyal
If we don't serve our own country we're patronizing a hero
Look in his eyes, it's all lies, the stars and stripes
They've been swiped, washed out and wiped,
And Replaced with his own face, mosh now or die
If I get sniped tonight you'll know why, because I told you to fight
So come along, follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark, that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength,
Come with me, and I won't stear you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fogTill the light, at the end, of the tunnel, we gonna fight,
We gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march through the swamp
We gonna mosh through the marsh, take us right through the doors

[Eminem speaking angrily]
And as we proceed, to mosh through this desert storm, in these closing statements, if they should argue, let us beg to differ, as we set aside our differences, and assemble our own army, to disarm this weapon of mass destruction that we call our president, for the present, and mosh for the future of our next generation, to speak and be heard, Mr. President, Mr. Senator

Flyer for John Kerry

Created by my friend Marissa, another Kerry activist. This is one of her flyers...well done, thank you.-Johanna

Before you go to that next tourist attraction:

Why is it that the people of New York City, the people who suffered the most on September 11th, and who remain the prime target for another al-Qaeda attack, why are New Yorkers so overwhelmingly opposed to George Bush’s re-election?

Why is it that the closer you get to Ground Zero, the fewer people you will find who are voting for George Bush?

It’s because, we, who live here; we, who each day have to go up into these tall office buildings to go to work; we, who still have nightmares of what we saw on September 11th; we, know George Bush has not made us safer.

George Bush claims to be standing against the terrorists. But in New York, we know the real facts. We watched George Bush come to our city to exploit the tragedy we suffered on 9/11. And we know that despite what George Bush claims, he is not making us safer.

George Bush is not making us safer when:

  • Three years after September 11th, Osama bin-Laden is still at large. Three years after September 11th, Osama bin-Laden is still at large. Instead of remaining focused on bringing to justice those who murdered our friends and neighbors, George Bush has bogged down our brave Armed Forces in the disastrous distraction in Iraq.
  • George Bush put over 140,000 U.S. troops into Iraq and in 10 months we found Saddam Hussein. But George Bush put only 20,000 U.S. troops into Afghanistan even though it was Osama bin-Laden who attacked our country. He ignored the advice of his military commanders who asked for more troops to hunt bin-Laden. Instead, he let Donald Rumsfeld run the war and Osama bin-Laden escaped - free to continue plotting against us.
  • George Bush opposed the creation of the bipartisan 9/11 Commission. He stalled as long as he could, wasting precious time, while Osama bin-Laden and al-Qaeda planned and carried out terrorist attacks around the world, in Bali, Spain, etc.
  • George Bush said Osama bin-Laden would be caught “Dead or Alive”. Because he sent our army into Iraq, Osama bin-Laden has been free to spend the past three years planning yet another attack. Al-Qaeda operatives were even in our city earlier this year, updating surveillance on planned targets, targets that we in New York City have to go to work in every day.
  • George Bush blocked the creation of the Homeland Security department. Only when he could no longer stand in the way, he shamelessly flip-flopped and allowed the department to be created. Then he tried to claim the idea as his own.
  • George Bush refused to allow his National Security Advisor to testify.
When the 9/11 Commission proceedings were underway, George Bush blocked the testimony of his National Security Advisor, Condoleezza Rice. Only under pressure from outraged family member of victims of 9/11, did he allow her to testify.
  • George Bush refused to testify before the 9/11 Commission. He insisted that he be allowed to have Dick Cheney with him before he would talk to the 9/11 Commission. Only under additional pressure from outraged family members of 9/11 victims did he give in and testify.
  • George Bush has not secured our borders. George Bush has not funded our Homeland Security needs to protect our borders. Only 6% of the cargo coming through America’s ports is inspected. And incredibly, cargo that goes into the holds of passenger aircraft is still not being screened for explosives.
  • George Bush allowed Congress to play politics with Homeland Security. George Bush has allowed the Congress to play to worst kind of pork-barrel politics with the Homeland Security budget. Even though al-Qaeda has said they want to attack New York City again, New York only gets $5 in Homeland Security funds for each person living in New York, while people in Dick Cheney’s home state of Wyoming get $25.
  • New York City has 6000 fewer cops to protect us from another terrorist attack. That’s 6000 fewer cops than New York had on September 11th because George Bush cut funding for the federal COPS program, that put more police on America’s streets.

George Bush came to our beloved city to exploit 9/11, but our tragedy should not be his photo opportunity. America stood with New York City after the 9/11 attacks, and we will never forget all the love, prayers and volunteers you sent to help us. We had police and firefighters from every state come here to help, and we will always love you for all you did during our darkest hour.

After September 11th there were no Republicans, there were no Democrats, there were only Americans.

But today we see our nation being torn apart, that unity shattered by George Bush, just so he can win an election. Despite all his talk, George Bush has neglected the real war on terror. George Bush’s adventure in Iraq has diverted us from going after our real enemy, Osama bin-Laden and al-Qaeda. George Bush has abandoned the people of New York City just as he has abandoned the hunt for Osama bin-Laden.

George Bush says he is making us safer, but don’t be fooled. George Bush is not making us safer in New York City. George Bush has not protected us from our real enemies.

Take it from real New Yorkers: George Bush is not making us safer.

Democracy? Really, it's here??

In Florida, there are 60,000 absentee ballots missing. Others have been ripped up & thrown away because the ballots are not considered "heavy" enough to count, meaning the paper stock does not weigh enough. What kind of logic is this? How can Republican Jeb Bush allow this kind of behavior? In other states, Democratic voters are being told they cannot vote, due to their lack of registration cards, or being told to vote on different days, i.e. Nov. 3rd. Would the Democrats corrupt the electoral system in this disenchanting and ill-conceivable way?? I don't think so!....wasn't Nixon a Republican, too??

HELLO, PEOPLE!! HOW MORE OBVIOUS DO YOU WANT TO GET THAT OUR "DEMOCRATIC" SYSTEM IS CORRUPTED?????

Why is it that we are forced to monitor our polls, just so Republicans won't steal this election? How can our "President" boast about democracy and prosperity, when we don't have it? How can we fix another country's government (Iraq) when ours is not working?? How can Mr. Bush pontificate about freedom, democracy, and justice, if we can't make it happen in our own states?? How can we "re-elect" a president who knows his political party is behaving in this disrespectable & cowardly way??! PEOPLE, PLEASE THINK THESE QUESTIONS THROUGH. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE IS OUR GOVERNMENT SETTING, NOT ONLY FOR THE YOUNG AMERICAN VOTING POPULATION, BUT ALSO ACROSS THE WORLD???

It doesn't seem to me that we are heading in a right direction, especially when we must have legal counsel at our polling sites. How can we have a political party that is directly lying to the American people about when they can or cannot vote and who is allowed to vote? What about our civil liberties? What about our right to vote and the assurance it will be counted correctly? How low can our society get? I thought humans are supposed to rise above rat-level. Am I too idealistic to believe humans are supposed to be logical and civil? Is our society not past murdering Julius Caesar? COME ON, WAKE UP. We are running full speed toward civil war and World War III.

We, the American people, must change inside ourselves. We cannot wait for just this election. We must take responsibility for our hate, discrimination, injustice towards each other, bigotry, extremism, righteousness, and dishonest ways. We must wake up from this nightmare and become aware of ourselves and our surroundings. It's called self-realization. And if you haven't done it, NOW is the time.

VOTE UNDERHANDED LYING POLITICIANS OUT OF OFFICE ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2, 2004.

PS. For those religious friends & family members of mine, I beg you to question what is "godly" about George W. Bush. He doesn't have the answer for you. His actions are un-Christian-like and cowardly. Take a hard look at his record. He may be dangerously comfortable for you, but challenging him & his administration is the right call to action. Unfortunately, he has betrayed & failed you. If he can't admit he has wronged you & the American public, I will apologize for his embarrassing and disgraceful behavior. I'm truly sorry…we must have a better leader than him. See his uncensored clip below; released today...

Kerry Kicked Ass in 3rd & Final Debate!

Kerry released a healthy dose of whoop ass on to GW Bush last night. After 3 debates, President Kerry has a significant lead over Bush, with at 52 percent to 39 percent (CNN/USA Today/Gallup). In another online poll source directly after the debate, MSNBC's viewers, gave Kerry a whopping 81% lead over Bush's barely sustainable 19%. You might wonder why. The answer is: because "good" will always "win" over "evil." This is my Bushism for today...

The real reason (he won) is because John Kerry is thorough and detailed with his facts. Last night, he was wrong under one calculation, the number of uninsured. Yes, there are 45 million uninsured people in America. But, even after Kerry's health plan is implemented, there would still be a gap of 20 million uninsured people. Kerry's plan would only cover half of the uninsured people. What a way to be wrong~! At least he will do SOMETHING about it, instead of ignoring it. Domestic issues are equally, if not more, important than foreign problems. If the American people are ill at rest, will there not be more violence, dissent, chaos, crime, poverty, etc.? Common on, think it over.

On the dark side, Bush discredited himself with his incorrect figures & calculations. But the most interesting problem for Bush is what he said to John Kerry about Osama Bin Laden. Last night, Bush adamantly denied that he said he didn't care about Osama Bin Laden. However, in March 31, 2002, Bush did assert, at one of his rare press conferences, that he didn't know where Bin Laden was and he wasn't concerned about him either. !!! This was a victory march for John Kerry.

Beyond the dog fight, Kerry won simply because he had a clear vision and plan for the American people. He will roll back the tax cuts for the rich and increase their taxes. He will also halt the tax incentive to corporations who send jobs overseas. He is stopping this loophole to create a fair trade policy. This money collected will give us the money to balance our budget, begin healthcare & education reform, as well as, tighten our borders and increase security. Additionally, Kerry will produce jobs in manufacturing (i.e. technology, hybrid cars, electronics) and science (i.e. stem cell & new energy research) to re-energize our economy. He will increase minimum wage (which is long overdue) from $5.15 an hour to $7.00. These methods will help boost the economy and reform Social Security. These plans are detailed, thorough and no-brainers. If you have a hard time understanding them, go to

www.johnkerry.com

Don't be ignorant in thinking we can't take back America & make America stronger. Don't be an imbecile in thinking "more of the same" from Bush will keep America stronger & prosperous. He has NOT kept America safe, when he outrightly ignores true terrorists, like Osama Bin Laden, to go after his own interests in Iraq for oil. He's not keeping America safer to allow the #1 criminal to escape, so that he can recruit more terrorists, even inside our own country. He's not protecting our cities & borders when he's cutting back police jobs. He's not being a leader when he's broken strong alliances, created more enemies, and lied to the American people about why we went to war. There are no WMD's to his dismay. He is the first "president" in 75 years to lose jobs, not gain them. He's neglected his promises for Leave No Children Behind education plan, increased a surplus into a deficit, and has taken healthcare away from Americans. However, he has no problem decreasing taxes for the rich and giving special interest groups, like Halliburton, relief. This is no laughing matter. There is NOTHING HUMOROUS ABOUT GEORGE BUSH!

Didn't you see his coy smirk & his attempt for poor humor, when he should have been answering the questions & trying to "look" like a leader? Did you catch GW shouting, desperately trying to defend his shoddy record, like a whining spoiled boy? Yes, he was in true form: a fox in sheep's clothing. Watch out for Mr. Jeykll and Mr. Hyde. Bush is hiding a lot... of Jeykll. And I am sure he will kill the American spirit.

Where is our relief? It is in John Kerry! John- carry the torch proudly. You deserve it...and may GOD bless John F. Kerry!

In peace & truth, -Johanna

PS. John Kerry is a card-carrying & proud Catholic. Take that, you hypocritical un-Christian-like Jesus Freaks!

Who was the terrorist? Saddam Hussein or Bin Laden?? I dunno…- Johanna
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bush/ Kerry Presidential Debate- Partial Transcript 9.30.04

LEHRER (Commentator): What about Senator Kerry’s point, the comparison he drew between the priorities of going after Osama bin Laden and going after Saddam Hussein?

BUSH: Of course we’re after Saddam Hussein -- I mean bin Laden...we’ve got the capability of doing both.

KERRY: The president just talked about Iraq as a center of the war on terror. Iraq was not even close to the center of the war on terror before the president invaded it….Saddam Hussein didn’t attack us. Osama bin Laden attacked us. Al Qaida attacked us. And when we had Osama bin Laden cornered in the mountains of Tora Bora, 1,000 of his cohorts with him in those mountains. With the American military forces nearby and in the field, we didn’t use the best trained troops in the world to go kill the world’s number one criminal and terrorist….That’s the enemy that attacked us. That’s the enemy that was allowed to walk out of those mountains. That’s the enemy that is now in 60 countries, with stronger recruits.

BUSH: First of all, of course I know Osama bin Laden attacked us. I know that….I decided the right action was in Iraq.
